Ahoy There Me Mateys!

Ahoy everyone.
Arrr - No, I'm not actually a pirate!
Remember how I was seeing double and I thought that I had some eye problems? Well, I met with Dr Zoe and it turns out that I do!
I have - well, I cannot really remember the medical term for it, but in simple layman's terms I have "loose eye-putty syndrome" which caused one of my eyeballs to fall back into my head. Yes, I know, it does not sound pleasant.
I had a minor operation and now my eye is back in place. Dr Zoe said that I have to wear a patch for the next few days to strengthen my weak eye.
All I could reply was "Aye, aye!" Yeah, I know, kind of lame, but kind of funny too!
"Excuse me, Isabelle?"
"Oh, hi Luka. Come in. I was just telling my readers about my eye."
"I just want to do a quick photo bomb and say hello."
"Sure, why not."
"Hey everyone, it's Luka here! Happy Batman's Day!"
"Batman's day? Oh good grief! Boys!!!!"
 Bye everyone!
Cheerio,
Isabelle

    1. Hi Miranda! Yeah, loose eyes are never pleasant. I am looking forward to getting back to showing houses again! Although I might wait until my eye is better otherwise I might scare people.

  4. Lose eye putty syndrome... gosh, who would have guessed this (I would never even have guessed there's such a syndrome existing at all... *grin*) But I'm glad you got medical help and keep my fingers crossed for a quick recovery. And in the meantime - stay strong! Batman's Day... tssssss... ;O)

    Hugs

    1. Thanks Birgit. Yeah, the syndrome exists in ball-jointed dolls. Just one of the few problems we encounter sometimes.

Sorry to be so tardy at sending you Get Well Wishes, but I assume you are alreaady on your way to good health now. That "loose eye-putty syndrome" ia an awful thing to have and I'm pleased you had it seen to by Dr, Zoe before you lost your eye completely.

Oh Luka! Batman's Day? Humph boys, whatever will they rthink of next?? :)
    Hugs,

    1. Thanks Xanadu. I found out that it was National Batman's Day and that is what Luka was going on about. But yeah, boys!

  7. "Loose putty eye" can be a real DRAG Isabelle, but New eye putty is suppose to be the very Best medicine and I hope that you've taken yours 3 times a day with plenty of rest in between.
I too suffer from something similar, but it is called JUST OLD EYES and apparently there is no cure. Rather than one patch, I have 2 and they are called
    GLASSES- Arrrrrgh!
Feel better soon my little friend
