Bakery progress- part 4

Mr Crumble fell in love with some shelving units he saw in a book by Jean Nisbett titled Doll's House Shops, Cafes and Restaurants.
After searching the internet, Mr Crumble was unable to find or purchase the same shelving, so he had something similar built from Balsa wood for his bakery.
He was quite adamant that there should be plenty of adjustable shelving to accommodate the various items he will bake.
All they need now is to be stained and filled with baked items!

Cheerio,
Isabelle

  1. Chapeau!!! So Mr. Crumble is not only good in the sweet arts and crafts but also good when it comes to working with heavy tools. That shelf is absolutely stunning - and will be perfect for a bakery!

    1. Thanks Anna. I think Mr Crumble actually became a baker because of his name.

  3. Oh how wonderful they are Isabelle, whoever built them for Mr.Crumble must have been a real expert carpenter! They will look gorgeous when they are stained and full of pastries and bread.

    1. Thanks Xanadu. I am not so sure about they were built by an 'expert' carpenter, but one that 'tried' hard!

  4. They are fantastic shelves! And the adjustable part is genius. I can just imagine how beautiful it will be when you put all the goodies in there.

    1. Thanks Caroline. Mr Crumble isn't sure how big or small his items are going to be, so he needs adjustability! I am looking forward to seeing these shelves filled as well.

    1. Thanks Elizabeth. I think I remember saying that Oak Leaf Forest will be THE place to live, and so far, it seems to be true. Everyone is really helpful and willing to share.
